The Unicase Belt Variator Geared Motors by Nord utilize constant axial pressure and a symmetrical pulley design to allow for optimal power transmission. It features an easy-to-use hand wheel that controls the motors speed.The motor is housed in corrosion resistant, light-weight aluminum-alloy, with static conducting belts for added operational safety. The motor also has low inertia, energy-efficient pulleys made from special wear-resistant alloy.
The belt case may be opened without any special tooling for simple maintenance.
The Unicase Belt Variator Geared Motors is available in U-flow and Z-flow configurations, with motors using either analog and digital speed indicators available. An electric remote speed control is optional.
