Bearing isolator - IP56 | SGi™
The SGi is a metallic-solid designed protector manufactured by Garlock to perform a superior protection for bearings. The product features a built-in AEGIS grounding ring that prevents the damaging of the EDM shaft voltage. The product also provides an expanded bearing life with its lubrication and excludes contamination to IP56 levels. In addition, the SGi provides a Stationary o-ring and AEGIS microfiber that features a protection from shaft grooving damage. The product also consists of an optional surface mounted design for the elimination of the requirement machine equipment housings. The product is best applied in Electric motors and pumps.
