The GF Series (sizes 8.20) and GV Series are bushed. They are manufactured by CTS company. They are intended as intermittent feed, non-return and overspeed units mainly inside closed guards. The GV Series are used for return or intermittent feed applications and are located outside guards on drive shafts where the transmission torque is provided by the lever welded on the outer race. It is applicable on such field of supplying a 12 m long guide that was then used in the “Scherzi a Parte” program for moving a container of water through the air to wet the guests and electrical opening and closing of windows in yachts.

The GF series, manufactured by C.T.S., is a type of overrunning clutch made of ball bearings. The series is used as an intermittent feed, non-return and over speed units. There is an oil circulation to lubricate the freewheels. The device is used in order to return or intermittent the feed applications. They are placed outside on the drive shafts. The transmission torque is given by the lever placed on the outer part.

Freewheel cage
The Cages Series GM and GP is manufactured by C.T.S Free Wheels. The product has two kinds of cage, one with metric measures which is the GM and the other one is inches measures which is the GP. These cages have lesser dimensions but are integrated with excellent transmission torque that provides interesting technical and cheap solutions. When the operation requires torques that are larger, it is possible to mount more cages side by side.
