Mechonics' MX25 Piezo-Driver Step Motors with Low Hysteresis, hold reached positions without currents. The apparatuses sport step widths that estimate 10 nm (depending on controller), < 50 nm positioning accuracy rates, and velocity levels that approximate 1.2 mm/s (also depending on controller). They are available in either open- or closed-loop operations, and in either xy, or xyz configurations.
