Translation stage - 7T173
Standard micrometers 9S75M are used as driving screws and the stages 7T173 allow manual linear motion. The device offers tracking and reading accuracy of 2um and 5um respectively. With sensitivity of 1um the instrument has the horizontal load capacity of 10 kg and vertical load capacity of 5kgs. Screws are also manufactured based on customer specification such as the non-matching travel range to save space. To ensure high resolution, low backlash, smooth and accurate motion a platform is preloaded via a spring against the driving screw. 2CP173 - 20 connecting plate for stacking the narrow stages in X-Y motion. An array of mounting holes on a platform and on a base allow a variety of convenient mounting options, including mounting on Altechna Posts. For quick X-Y assembly and for Z (7T173- 10; 7T173 -20) stages may be stacked (see drawings) using connecting cones 3CC4 (7.1 holes with fixing screws on the sides are provided). We ensure reliability by using the X-Y-Z construction along Z axis that can be connected to the X-Y assembly by angle bracket 2AB173.
