Linear positioning stage / single shaft
REXROTH developed the Ball Rail Tables as part of their Linear Motion System. The TKL is designed with excellent linear motors, applicable for high travel speeds and acceleration rates. Made from either aluminum or steel depending on the specific needs or requirements of an application, the TKL provides high rigidity and durability. Integrated with a distance-coded measuring system and long runner blocks, it yields highly accurate positioning and maximum load capacity.
Built in reference edges at the base plate provides easy mounting for the unit. The TKL can also be incorporated with drive timing belts, couplings, and or motor-controller units.
