The D300 unit is flexible and serves a wide cross section of applications such as blisks, production impellers, blades as well as parts for turbines used in the aerospace industry. The D300 also has manufactured precision parts for the production of semiconductors, automobiles, optics, automobiles, and prototype applications that are used in premium job shops.The D300 further can be used in plastic moulding, mould makers , forging at die and die casting. Providing speed and accuracy the D300 is known by manufacturers for its rigidity and accuracy, and speed the sister model D500 has built up. The tilting table is extremely rigid and there is support on both sides. The non-backlash direct motors are responsible for driving the A- and C- axes. The overall machining time is also dependent on both the non cutting as well as the cutting time. Unit accommodates 15 second pallet change for 2 pallet APCs.
