CNC machining center / 3-axis / vertical - Phantomatic M3
Emmegi Phantomatic M3 is designed to handle bars or aluminum materials, PVC, and other light alloy or steel components up to 2 mm. This machine contains a CNC machining center mounted with 3 controlled axes. Its spindle has an automated slewing system that is incorporated on three different positions that function to process on three sides of the work piece. The work pieces are held by a pneumatic stop that is blocked by 4 clamps located at the left side of the machine. By adding an optional second stop on the right side, the process may operate more and can bring the bars up to two times than the normal work capacity.
Furthermore, it comes with a tool storage magazine in 9 different places and can be upgraded up to 4 more storage places at the side.
