MENSI TRV 10S-9UFCN ISO40 + 4UMCN ISO40 + 2UFRCN ISO40, a three-way transfer machine. It is made of brass and has water meter bodies workpiece. Used mainly in the sanitary department. Thus, this machine is used widely for producing different kinds of water meters. A number of quality components make up this machine. There is a table disc that is made from welded and normalized steel. About ten stations are assembled on a CNC controlled suspended table, including a rotating distributor. Strong piece clamping is ensured with hydraulic chucks. The sleeves used for drilling or turning operations (high-pressure internal coolant) have ISO 40 CNC flanged units. These sleeves can be manually adjusted. Integrated with ISO 40 CNC flanged units on the sleeves for threading or tapping operations. For recessed operations, ISO 40 CNC flanged units are used. Komet recessing head is used for recessing controls.
