Mensi Tro 8S-4UFCNISO40 + 2UFRCNISO40 + 2UMCNISO40 transfer machine can produce a large range of flanges. It has a simple and quick changing system for tools and also a suitable number of working units. The machine has a few components and that includes a Nr. 1 table disc that come in welded and normalized steel and having eight stations that are present on a CNC controlled table. Then there is a rotating distributor. There are hydraulic chucks with jaws for piece clamping. ISO 40 CNC units are fixed on sleeve for recessing machining operations, for central hole boring, for drilling of M10 holes, and for the threading of M10 with two-spindle heads. A hydraulic unit operates the chucks and locks or releases the table.
