The Multi-way Transfer Machine is developed by Mensi. It is mainly used for flanges, tees, curves, steel nipples, fittings, sanitary parts, and car components. The unit is built with brass, steel, aluminium, and cast-iron materials. It is supplied with 150 mm spindle maximum stroke, ISO 40 spindle nose fixture, 4 Kw CNC controlled brushless motor on each spindle, and machine safety covers according to CE directives.
The unit comes with Siemens components and Fanuc digital numeric control, and a cross carriage with 400 mm stroke on X-axis and 200 mm stroke on Y-axis with counterweight balance. The unit position is controlled by means of an absolute encoder. The spindle transmission is also carried out by means of toothed belts RPP (HTD) by CN.
