The advantage with this machine is that it is possible to machine the parts from below, above and from the side. Twenty four intermediate stations can be added additionally to help with measurement, monitoring and cleaning procedures. The uniqueness of this system is that about 600 simple workpieces can be produced within one minute. If you separate the workfield, it is possible to double, triple or quadruple the production rate at high processing speeds. This concept of parallel working makes it easy to complete different workpieces. It has a simple and quick changing system for tools and also a suitable number of working units. The machine has a few components and that includes a Nr. 1 table disc that come in welded and normalized steel and having eight stations that are present on a CNC controlled table. Then there is a rotating distributor. There are hydraulic chucks with jaws for piece clamping. ISO 40 CNC units are fixed on sleeve for recessing machining operations, for central hole boring, for drilling of M10 holes, and for the threading of M10 with two-spindle heads. A hydraulic unit operates the chucks and locks or releases the table.

Thus, this machine is used widely for producing different kinds of water meters. A number of quality components make up this machine. There is a table disc that is made from welded and normalized steel. About ten stations are assembled on a CNC controlled suspended table, including a rotating distributor. Strong piece clamping is ensured with hydraulic chucks. The sleeves used for drilling or turning operations (high-pressure internal coolant) have ISO 40 CNC flanged units. These sleeves can be manually adjusted. Integrated with ISO 40 CNC flanged units on the sleeves for threading or tapping operations. For recessed operations, ISO 40 CNC flanged units are used. Komet recessing head is used for recessing controls.

The Multi-way Transfer Machine is developed by Mensi. It is mainly used for flanges, tees, curves, steel nipples, fittings, sanitary parts, and car components. The unit is built with brass, steel, aluminium, and cast-iron materials. It is supplied with 150 mm spindle maximum stroke, ISO 40 spindle nose fixture, 4 Kw CNC controlled brushless motor on each spindle, and machine safety covers according to CE directives.
The unit comes with Siemens components and Fanuc digital numeric control, and a cross carriage with 400 mm stroke on X-axis and 200 mm stroke on Y-axis with counterweight balance. The unit position is controlled by means of an absolute encoder. The spindle transmission is also carried out by means of toothed belts RPP (HTD) by CN.

The unit comes with machine safety covers according to CE directives, and copy of instruction handbook. All of its operation is carried out in compliance with EU directive requirements. The unit is also equipped with feeding on prismatic guides, ball runner blocks and worm screws with 100 mm diameter. In addition, the framework is suitable for the housing of the hydraulic piston that locks and releases the pallet.
