Multi-spindle milling machine / rotor-slot - Slot 3P
SLOT 3P is an automatic water slot milling machine that makes drilling ventilation holes on PVC profiles possible and easy. The machine is fitted with recirculating ball slideway packs and three cutter heads with pneumatic feed. Independent selection of these is possible. It is also possible to select six adjustments for the stroke and the head positioning, memorizable by the machine. Angular references help in tilting the cutter heads. There are four adjustable pneumatic vices to ensure clamping of profile and milling is done with the help of three high frequency electrospindles. To ensure quick workpiece positioning, you have four excludable stops, two of them pneumatic.
