INDEX MS52C multi spindle turning machines are robust, compact and reliable. They can automatically load or unload chuck parts, and feature up to six separately driven motor spindles with C-axis options, twelve independent CNC-controlled tool slides, with either one or two axes. The Z-axis is hydrostatically guided, and therefore offers high dampening. It also offers quality speed controls for fine tuning, as well as shorter cycle times. It is easily installed and is therefore highly compatible with various operating systems.

For handling of bulk components such as blades, propellers, turbines, etc. of spans up to 2000 mm and weighing close to 20000 kg, JUARISTI provides TX1K and TX3K 5-axis machining centers. It is suited for both fine as well as coarse machining operation. The former is performed using an electrospindle, offering a maximum speed of 24000 rpm, and the latter can be done using a mechanical spindle capable of offering 5000 rpm.
For manufacturing complex profiles, TX1K and TX3K afford simultaneous control over 3 linear axes and 2 rotary axes, which includes the twisting head (A axis) and rotating table (B axis). The twistable head is supported with a robust construction and an ingenious design, which enables continuous operation, high precision and accuracy, and easy removal of coarse chips.
