The WN20-T4 is manufactured by IMT Intermato. It is a 4-axis CNC vertical lathe machining, that is especially designed for processing alloy wheels with a nominal diameter of up to 20". Features of the WN20-T4 include simultaneous contact of two tools, which minimizes significant operation times. It also requires minimal maintenance. The WN20-T4 flexible design also provides convenient and smooth integration of automatic loading systems.The pallet shuttle has a semiautomatic two positions pallet loading system, which is allotted for the machining of 1st + 2nd OP in uninterrupted sequence. As option, it can also be equipped with photoelectric safety barrier.
