The MULTUS B Series of products by Okuma consists of general purpose multi-function products, which were designed for the elimination of repetitive fixturing to reduce the set up time and improve the accuracy of the devices, while keeping the non-cutting time to a minimal value.In addition, it is worth mentioning that the items come with the first Collision Avoidance System software in the industry, which combines with the OSP Control designed by Okuma for ensuring even higher accuracy, which is especially useful for complex applications.
Optionally, the W version comes with a sub-spindle that is able to handle the part from one spindle to the other without changes, simply with milling and turning operations.
