KONTEC KSX 125 pull-down 5-axis power clamp is as compact and height reduced as you get. The enhanced power clamping system ensures tight clamping in tight spaces. With ingenious mechanical power amplifier, clamping is done in less than one second,. With its efficiency, and the possibility of integrating the clamping pin on to the base body, the system acts as clever supplement to SCHUNK‘s VERO-S quick change pallet system. Once combined with SCHUNK standard jaw range, the power clamp can take up several kinds of clamping tasks and different applications. There is no need for the torque wrench for the clamping; the force setting is variable, from 0 to 40kN. The vibration-proof clamping force can be mechanically locked too. A completely sealed and encapsulated power clamping system, hence no nesting of chips.
