Coolant recycling station - CRS300SS
The Eriez CRS 300SS is enhanced with an integrated and a full capability coolant recycling system. The device is intended for the medium-sized to large-sized metal working plant operations, as well as for the machine tools which are fitted with their own coolant sumps. The device is capable of providing a makeup coolant and recycling a sufficient quantity of fluid to support a total of up to 15,000 U.S gallons (56,700 liters) of coolants or more. The product features a high-speed disc bowl, and a liquid-to-liquid centrifuge for eliminating up to 0.5% emulsified tramp oil from the coolant. Additionally, it possesses a self-priming feature for dirty coolant feed.
