Cold shear / interlocking
The automatic lines in this product series are useful for cutting square or round bars by shearing. In addition to this, the mechanically driven shears are incorporated and the item works with a horizontal cutting movement. Next, the machine comes with a hydraulic system that is suitable for holding the bar and retaining the sheared billet, which ensures a square cut, free from flash and deformation.Users can supply the shears with different configurations for the rollway and loading table, while the automatic sorting and weighing systems make the operation more useful. Note that preheating of bars is possible by induction, while the enclosure is a soundproof one.
