The Eastman Magnum Punch Perforator is able to cut four clean holes per inch (2.54cm), through five thicknesses of paper. In addition to this, users can adjust the strength of the punch in order to accommodate various needs. Note that a single switch allows the operator to free the wheel without punching, in a continuous or single punch mode.
