Auto-index punching machine / with three rotating punching stations - max. 300 kN | MTX FLEX 12 series

In addition to all characteristics that apply to EUROMAC punching machines, MTX FLEX comes with various additional features, such as six D stations, three of which are programmable index stations of 360 degrees with increments of 0.01 degrees. Next, the turret also allows users to choose the right setup for the application and even change it whenever they need to.

Each of the stations can be equipped with single thick turret tools, while the brush standard table and the automatic clamp setting are other important features. Finally, the FLEX system offers full ram speed control, while the CPS system allows special functions of bending, forming, punching, beading, marking and engraving. The maximum strokes are 1,000strokes/min in the nibbling mode, as well as 2,000strokes/min in the marking mode.
