Tube forming machine / for end fittings / CNC - max. ø 100 mm | AST 80, AST 100, AST 122

CNC tube end-former features a modifiable establishing, operating and rolling tasks for tube with a maximum O.D. of 100mm. The device is equipped with six functional and modifiable tools which can be adjusted as basic forming supplements or operating tools. These can also combine using both methodologies on a similar tube-like element. This results in a better productivity of the working cycle, enhances precision, consistency without packing or unpacking along with less cycle spans.

Additionally, the DNC regulation section mechanically adjusts and regulates two axes of the equipment for optimum productivity without any physical modifications. It can be accessed in three different versions including AST80 with an optimum tube OD of 80 mm, up to 12.000 kg punching pressure and AST100 with 100 mm tube O.D. and 18.000 kg punching pressure. It also features AST122 with a punching pressure of 22.000 kg and up to 100 mm of tube OD.
