KraussMaffeis CFT series are suitable for use in tilting purposes. These mold carriers contain different quick closing movements and high platen parallelism. This equipment features an easy accessibility mode allowing maximum flexibility for operation and automation. The CFT series are also equipped with clamping force and clamping-force distribution feature.The tools strength-optimized frame structure secures an optimal force flow when closing the mold halves. The minimal warpage of the mold fixing platens allows non-inherently rigid molds to be used. In addition, KraussMaffei provide the CFT series with proportional hydraulics as standard, with a combination of process-optimized kinematics that assure a smooth and shock-free sequence of movements.
