The transfer presses from Balconi enable optimize material consumption. The blank to be stamped may be fed into the press through a destacker. This equipment comes in a broad range of models that can meet the most different and particular production needs. This machine is developed with up to 25.000kN force, with a ram slow motion that can be link-driven on the ground of various operations. This press can be made with two or four connecting rods, and is usually with a large opening between the uprights to provide necessary space for the system. This apparatus is equipped with feeding systems or destackers that facilitates the part ejection from the tool station. It has two or three electronic transfer systems that can be provided.
