High-speed blanking press / mechanical
A new concept was developed in the niche of transporting shaped blanks like hoofs, roofs, units of double boors, body sides via tandem lines. The work that is collaborative and happened between kuka systems and Fagor Arrasate has led to the development of this new system with better performance. It operates with robots that have higher versatility and ratings of output higher than conventional systems. There is a working mode which is newly available with this which helps presses to run in the continuous mode. This system can reduce occupied space, maintenance and also can make robots to follow motion related with presses even when there is fluctuation in the line speeds. It can simplify the whole process of automation and can allow line for adapting itself to the requirements of dies and optimizing the process of installation in a versatile and quick manner.
