Transfer press / hydraulic - 5 000 - 32 000 kN
These hydraulic transfer presses from Schuler packs in a big opening in the uprights and allow flexible manufacturing of parts through transfer dies. The high output performance is achieved through effective hydraulic solutions such as multi-mode switching of the hydraulic cylinders or the Schuler ring valve technology. The press force varies from 5000 kN and maxes out at 32000 kN for either single or multiple slide presses and with one or more bed cushions and/or slide cushions optionally. With the active electrical-hydraulic slide parllelism, high quality of parts and safe process is assured with the availability for larger press forces on request.
