The hydraulic forging press can operate various applications through the use of its extreme pumps for fast forging. It can hold objects of 63,000 KN up to 150,000 KN and bolsters of 5000 x 3000 mm. It is flexible as the weight of the materials in tons can be acquired at any slide position resulting to the forging of long billets. These presses stand out for their high-powered pumps which means that forging can be done at high speeds to achieve higher production rates. Hydraulic mechanical ejectors can be utilized for the removal of the forged object on the bolster and slide. It has manipulation programs for the loading and unloading of the different processes that is adjusted based on the required method and components, and is powered through strong pumps that can operate work pieces at high speed production rate.
