The Hydraulic press line are machines manufactured by Schuler. Comprising of four or six single presses, the hydraulic press lines provide a completely automatic operation. It has an integrated conventional robot, Crossbar Robots and a graphic display. Its key features include a versatile forming process; block hydraulics that allow a convenient maintenance and assembly; an integrated Schuler's dynamic cylinder mode switching; a ring valve technology; fast changeovers resulting from the automated tooling and dies; a precise slide guiding: a rigid press frame: an easy to operate press; an efficient fault diagnostic, and a quick start up of advanced die sets. It has a wide array of functions such as adaptable high-volume manufacturing of auto-body units, and bed size of 2,80 x 1,60 m - 5,40 x 2,50 m.
