Finishing vibrator - DLR series
The SWECO finishing mills are designed with time-tested technology to provide three-dimensional Vibro-Energy motion. The motion travel around the chamber in a helical/orbital path which subjects the parts and media to a consistent high frequency tilting movement. The resulting compressive scrubbing action enables to clean and also remove burrs, round sharp corners, and smooths out surface impressions. The full adjustment of the vertical/horizontal amplitudes and the rate of vibration enables to quickly and efficiently handle the finishing requirements. The batch mills are ideally suitable for use with external separating systems, manual parts unloading and for processes that have no media and the enables to easily discharge the entire load through the bottom door.
