The Rosler rotary vibrators have modular auxiliary systems for rinsing, unloading, drying, loading and other 'pre-' and 'post-finish' operations which enable them to be adapted at any time to automated processing.
Rosler provides sturdy vibratory installations which are easy to use for numerous applications. A broad range of part shapes and sizes can be finished to any surface type requirements. Processing times are reduced by almost half with the new 'high-speed' machine series compared with the processing times that are achieved with conventional rotary vibrator technology.
The machine offers shorter grinding times, the same material abrasion and a 40% increase in the consumption of abrasive media, making it extremely economical. The high-speed rotary vibratory series offers an exceptional 60% increase in grinding performance, even on robust materials.

It is an end result of the continuous flow installation technology that blends well into a variety of automated process environments. Depending on the size and sensitivity of the parts, part input rates and dwell times may differ. Aside from developing high performance technologies, these continuous flow installations also focus on protecting the environment through the use of natural products and recycles products. Maintenance can be done in long intervals and it also uses economical chemical compounds and wear-resistant surface finishing media to minimize cost and resource expenses.

The LR concept provides a greater degree of flexibility for continuous and batch processing using the long radius. The machines have a pneumatic separation flap and allow for larger parts to be processed with reduced part on part contact.
The main application is in line, continuous-feed operation forcing the LR machine to be directly placed in an inline manufacturing process without the need for investing in costly parts and equipment for loading.
The continuous, single lap process and the long radius flow systems are perfect for quick deburring, radiusing and edge breaking. Parts made from zinc, cast steel or aluminum can be processed right after casting and clipping along with processing durations of 4 to 16 minutes in the same cycle, taking the example of coating camshafts.
