The HG 204 are EMAG'S horizontal cylindrical grinder fitted with a powerful wheel drive that provides precise cylindrical grinding, a monitoring system to observe the grinding process as well as the position of work pieces, incorporated with linear glass scales as a measuring system, highly durable guide-rails, a tail-stock with a large stroke, integrated with a simplified interface for easy operation, all of which are encased in a fully enclosed housing with large doors providing optimal safety for the operator and the machine. This machine can be further optimized by integrating other tools such as B-axis with two spindles or workpiece driver.
