Centrifugal disc finishing machine - 60 l | MF 60/1
Thanks to the modular design of the MF 60 type series, the treatment containers can be arranged individually. The machines in this type series are available exclusively as stand alone machines with integrated base.The MF 60 is the consistent continued development of our centrifugal disk finishing machines in the area of medium-sized and large machines for use in industrial, pharmaceutical and implantation areas.
A continuous change of rotational speed ensures an all-side processing of the workpiece. Special setting systems guarantee the problem-free use of the finest grinding and polishing media. As an option, the machine can be equipped with air-cool system, water dosing rinsing systems as well as a zero gap setting system.
The MF 60 is equipped with the well proven ceramic ring setting system and is optionally available as 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-container system with 60 litres of volume per container. Special variations, e.g. 6- to 8-container systems, are possible.
Due to our highly flexible own in house manufacturing, the MF 60 finishing machine can be individually customised for the customer's needs to be able to carry out different processing possibilities in one machine at the same time.
