Centrifugal disc finishing machine - 1 x 9 - 4 x 50 L | CF Standard series
The CF machines are a result of several years of experience, holding several customers to its credit. They are widely available in jewelry version and industrial version with the alterations in their control unit. Siemens S 7-200 is supplied as standard for the industrial version. The modular disc finishing machines (stand-alone versions) comes with 1-6 process containers. The series features anodized aluminium chassis with resistance to corrosion and easily compatible with add-on equipment. The opening controls are easily accessible from the clearly laid out front. The standard machine features process containers with hot moulded PU lining, aluminium profile chassis with easy to add on optional equipment, speed control via frequency inverter, PLC touch screen control unit / 2D control (for the jewelry industry) with digital display of processing time, speed, rinse cycle, dosing, other important process parameters and also allows storage for up to 75 different processing programs.
