The Gold Rush grade TT9080 from Ingersoll Cutting Tools, is a cost and time-efficient solution due to its 4 cutting edges and 3 contact points away from cutting edge which can be use even if edges are broken. Unused chips are pocket-protected from machining process. Built with Side lock torx screw in 2 different setting, for solid clamping in holder. A great benefit for Swiss type lathes, is its unique torx key and screw for insert clamping which utilizes both sides of insert indexing of holder. For better surface quality and tool life, it uses the state-of-the-art multi-nano-layer coating technology.
