The VM1200 is a vertical plate metal cutting band saw manufactured by Amada. It consists of a drive wheel transmission, band wheels and drive system made of cast iron that will ensure a longer life-span, a band deviation monitor that shows the status of cutting, a power position of upper saw guide arm that is secured to the way bar using a short stroke hydraulic cylinder, a pressure feed control that identifies the cutting force, a rigid feed table that is attached to LM linear bearings, a manual positioning of saw table, an idler wheel motion detector, and an ammeter.
