The Casadei AXO 500 HD offers maximum performance for high production rates. The main features of this machine are its exceptional rigid frame, 5” blade projection, high speed saw carriage and pusher speeds. To handle heavy production under continuous use, the machine can be equipped with THK guide ways for the saw carriage with automatic forced lubrication, 135 mpm (440 fpm) saw carriage speed and 98 mpm (320 fpm) pusher speed. Available in 3 different rip lengths and 3 useful pusher strokes, the AXO 500 HD can be equipped with a wide range of options. The Windows based PC means no issues with importing from your favorite design package plus the PC has an on-line optimizer, cut simulation and cutting database as STANDARD features.Technical Specifications:
