The QUADRA V2 from EMMEGI is ideally used for PVC profile hole-boring, screwing, and milling. It utilizes an automated magazine and a milling module in the center. For profile securing, it comes with a collet and 2 controlled axis integrated pull-feed system. The CNC 3-axis module allows machining the whole workpiece regardless of its position through its 2 electrospindles. The holistic profile re-machining is possible due to a six-drill bit unit for hinges and a drilling unit for wall attachment. Due to its crossed belt magazine, the loading unit can work on workpieces with a maximum length of 4000 millimeters.
