Cutting and machining center for aluminum and PVC profiles - Quadra V1
This is a machine centre with CNC - 10 axis that is manufactured for cutting, drilling and milling operations related with PVC. There is an automatic tool - magazine associated with it along with a thrust - feed system for profiles that can have a size of about 7500 mm. The collet has a movement which helps the feeder to come back to the starting position and thus allows the loader to prepare the next profile simultaneously with the current one. The cutting and milling modules are situated on the central part. The milling module comprises of about 6 electrospindles which can machine the whole workpiece. Cutting module is equipped with three blades of about 600 mm in length. Two of the blades are for upward movement and the other one is for downward movement.
