Gravitational band saw machine is designed to cut within the range of 00 to 600 .Head is manufactured in three layers steel, special aluminium alloy and cast iron. The dynamic blades of this system efficiently perform their operations. Blade cleaning brush is attached to the head protection cover. Handgrip associated with cycle buttons enhances its efficiency. This system is regulated with the help of its hydraulic cylinder, front valve and gravity feeding system. Integrated operation of carbide plates, top and side bearings along with blade guide have made this system competitive.
