It has been designed with a fixed arm integrated into the saw head and movable arm by means of a linear guide. It features a very heavy duty construction that allows you to maximize the latest and future developments in band saw blade technology up to 520 mm.

The CP, CPTV, GVH by Danobat Group is a band saw designed for big dimensions machines which has been conceived to enhance performance of productivity and blade life. It is supported with an advanced technology that has be carefully analyzed to offer a finite element at the end process. The whole unit functions by simple focusing on cutting materials which are difficult to machine like Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Stainless Steel, etc. It can also do machining in materials which are solid and hard to cut. The whole unit comprises of different tools. These includes CP, CPTV and GVH which are semiautomatic band saw CP that has a rating of 2000 mm capacity. For the technician part, the feeding and positioning of materials are the responsibility of the one who is operating the machine.

It is equipped with a variable miter adaptation through swiveling its head. Its length measuring stops can be controlled manually or through a hand crank with the use of its digital display.
