The FR200 Model of Bundling and Tray Packing Machine, manufactured by Ima Industries, is specifically designed to any operating environment as it is produced with anti-abrasive instruments. It offers an intense versatility and fast size change-over operations and low maintenance during application. The bundle forming operations by an up-down movement, the bundle insertion into the 'U'-shape lid and the bundle feeding to tray closing section which are fully guided, ensuring a proper pack alignment. Furthermore, its subsequent utilization consists in the wrap-around formation of the tray bottom is derived from open flat blanks, and the application of glue spots is done to fix the lid onto the bottom completes the machine process. Also, this product erects bottom or lid packs which are formed by display tray bottom.
