Wrap-around case tray packer - WB, BB
Cermex WB&BB wrap around case & tray packers with an ergonomic-friendly design feature a fully servo-driven machine. The compact WB&BB includes modular sub-assemblies for product/case handling. To make loading easier, a low case magazine with motorized extraction is included.The WB&BB has a blank transfer mechanism, cantilever design, and the zones for retention are minimized. The packers guarantee highest product tracing and feature an innovative standard case automation module.
The easy-to-clean WB&BB provides a speed of up to 35 blanks/min based on the specific applications and customizations, and the bracket chain is tripped automatically for allowing quick and simple changeover of formats.
Options are available to choose packaging type from wrap around case with short flaps, trays with upper ledges, trays with low, high or sloping sides. The machine also features optional automatic size changeovers.
