Automatic tray packer - max. 60 p/min | FR100
The FR100 is a forming and filling unit that is ideal for use in packing products into trays or display boxes with the use of a flat bank from a magazine. Its blanks are created in the hopper, which ensures an adequate carton gluing despite of the consistency of the product. This model has been developed to have a rigid monobloc layout that prevents noisy operations, and minimizes requirement of any lubrication. The operator of the FR100 can easily access a variety of components of the machine, which includes the carton magazine.
