The HSA_HE is an automatic transverse stretch hooder that is equipped with a High-Expander-Transfer-Stretch-Technology* (patented). It can produce stretch hoods out of highly expandable stretch film that is stretched by as much as 150% from a small width tubular film. The stretch fingers are placed in a narrow nesting position to be able to pick the thin film. The stretch hooder is capable of adapting the stretch width to the constantly changing load dimensions through the contour stretch process. A single tube width can stretch different pallet formats. This product provides security with excellent film tensile strength, saves film through excellent film extensibility and is equipped with different pallet formats that do not need film changeovers.
