Draining big bag station / filling
When the need arises to load from big bags, they will be hung on hoists and then directed to the combination station. There, the outlet bag is positioned over the inlet pipe and held in place manually or pneumatically, reducing the pressure of the disc. The tie-up string is then released and the items are discharged. Alternatively, the large bag can be placed on the lading table and connected based on the description given above. (If this approach is taken, it is recommended that the connecting system be lowered pneumatically to tighten the bag outlet). This enables product discharge without leaving residue in the downstream process. Bulk products that are difficult to discharge from the big bag will benefit from the the supporting table that is equipped with a massage or vibrator.
