Automatic side-sealer / continuous - max. 60 p/min | Flexo500s
Wraps UK offers the Flexo500s, where the continuous style of wrapping is necessary for high speed presentation shrink. This equipment is capable of producing 60 products per minute. To ensure perfect shrinking at high speed, the system is provided with a high capacity shrink tunnel and shrink wrapper. The product is fed in the same way as an automatic L - sealer into the side sealing shrink wrapper. The length of the product that is being wrapped is measured by the machine, where a single sealing bar cuts and seals the film across the width of the machine. A continuous motion cutting and sealing blade system produce a lateral seal that is used instead of L-shape to form the other side of the seal. Products of any length can be wrapped with this kind of feature. The film is moving continuously due to less sealing time than L sealer, which results in high wrapping speeds.
