Automatic side-sealer - AVN SA 50
The fully autopmatic side-sealing machine AVN SA 50 can be linked to any AFFELDT film wrapping machine. The side- sealing machine laterally seals bundles of newspapers, magazines or other printed products, thus producing bundles sealed on all sides. The lateral overhang is left on the bundle.The film is sealed without generating any smoke or unpleasant odours. The sealing units open and close based on the bundle height detected by a height sensor in the upstream wrapping machine. The bundle is sealed while passing through the machine and the speed is, therefore, adjusted to that of the film wrapping machine.
Capacity up to 30 bundles/min, depending on film and product.
Reduced space requirement due to extremely short design.
