Automatic L-sealer / with shrink tunnel - max. 30 p/min | W700 series

Incorporating all these features into a single, comprehensive entity, the machine delivers power-packed performances.The system comprises a fully automatic L sealer and a heat shrink tunnel, provided separately. A 13 amp single phase power supply drives the sealing machine. 3-phase power supply is required for the heat shrink tunnel. The machine accomplishes all the tasks automatically while a lone operator is required to keep track of the process and change films intermittently. The machine delivers 30 packs/min.
Center folded polyolefin film is the film of choice, similar to manual and semi-automatic machines. The vital difference in these machines is that the product being shrink-wrapped is loaded into the film by automatic conveyors unlike manual/semi-automatic machines where loading is done by hand. The length of the product is measured by the machine. The jaws of the machine then load the product into a sealed bag produced by the machine. All tasks are accomplished automatically.
