Automatic L-sealer
Marden Edwards offers wide range of L sealers from manual to semi automatic to fully automatic L sealers with capability of delivering about 120pack/min. Product wrapped loosely with sleeve wrap is passed through a heat channel shrinking it. To provide a tight wrapping of the product , a polyolefin film is passed through a heat shrink tunnel. Options of twin sleeve wrap machine in manual and automatic configurations are available. . Maximum 30 collations/min is possible. Polythene film usage leaves the resultant pack ends exposed. Shrinkwrap is best suited for sleeve wrap of individual products like tray of cans or bottles and collate and wrap cartonned products etc. Suited for products like food products, toiletries, pharmaceuticals to printed products.
