Ishida Flex-Line is a complete flexible packing line for pre-formed trays. An Ishida Flex-Line comprises of configurable modules, all with a similar pack size capacity fitting together to create an integrated, high performing tray packing line. The four major areas of the new-age line -- filling, sealing, quality control and case-packing -- are covered by Flex-Line modules.
All lines can be availed in single lane, twin lane or split dual lane configurations. Twin lane lines provide roughly double the output as compared to single lane lines. With split dual lane lines, customers can choose from twin lane throughput or of managing two separate packing lines, as a twin lane line, within a similar range.
