IMA Industries' FD12 Dosing, Wrapping, and Cartoning Production Line showcases a built-in 8-lane, in-line filling conveyor that lays out bouillon paste agents, to be filled into pre-formed foil components. Once the foil is filled, it is folded, and the wrapping is pressed closed. The sealed components are then brought to an integrated electronic checkweigher (complete with auto-feedback functions), and further onto the infeed belt of the AD12 cartoning system. Processed cubes are collected and carried to elevators, where magazine-fed cartons are oriented over the bundles.
